JASPREET S. DHILLON

Mr. Jaspreet Dhillon is a veteran of the United States Army. He left active duty in 2008. While on active duty, Mr. Dhillon held various intelligence and leadership positions. On the corporate side, Mr. Dhillon continued to support the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD). From 2008 - 2010, Mr. Dhillon supported the Air Force ISR Agency (AFISRA), specifically at the 94th Intelligence Squadron with its mission in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF).

In 2010, Mr. Dhillon was hired by International Business Machine Corporation (IBM). Over the next 14 years, Mr. Dhillon's career path ascended as a Business Transformation Consultant. In that capacity, Mr. Dhillon initially delivered technical subject matter expertise to the Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and Systems and Resource Analysis (SRA) component. SRA, alongside the Acquisition, Technology & Facilities component, were chartered to bring the IC's major system acquisitions "back on track."

By 2012, Mr. Dhillon left SRA to support the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Task Force (ISR TF) established by then Secretary of Defense Gates. For the ISR TF, Mr. Dhillon served as a member of an elite team chartered with delivering operations research and systems analysis by evaluating the effectiveness, impact, and benefits of various rapidly fielded ISR capabilities supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and OEF. Mr. Dhillon received the John K. Walker Award for his contributions to the best technical paper in the Military Operations Research Society's (MORS) peer-reviewed PHALANX publication.

Eventually, the ISR TF was disestablished and combined with the current Office of Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security or OUSD(I&S). In that capacity, Mr. Dhillon has contributed to 40+ major study and assessment efforts supporting warfighters. Mr. Dhillon led or co-led nearly 3/4 of those projects. Before founding NEXTGEN ADVISORS LLC, Mr. Dhillon was responsible for the OUSD(I&S) client relationship and served as a trusted advisor to DDI Warfighter Support (WS), Director, and Deputy Director of the ISR Operations Directorate. In late 2023, OUSD(I&S) reorganized and DDI WS became the DDI for Operational Support and International Partnerships (OSIP).

Mr. Dhillon is an alum of the University of Texas (UT) at El Paso. He graduated from UT El Paso with a Bachelor's of Science in Microbiology and a minor in Chemistry. He subsequently earned his Master's in Public Health (MPH) from the UT Health Science Center at Houston's School of Public Health in 2002. Mr. Dhillon will earn his Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from George Mason University (GMU) in 2025.
